Introduction
My Final Year Project for a BA in Law in Accounting, titled "Reputation on the Line Online - An Investigation into the Tort of Defamation on the Internet", was submitted on February 15th, 2002.
I have also included a copy of my original research proposal to show off my gross ignorance of the area at the time. Hopefully the finished article displays that I have learned something since, although it must be pointed out that the project is not intended to be relied on as an accurate statement of the law in this area for any reason.
